So! this is my site, I’m a 40-something MTBer in the Afan Valley, South Wales, dunno where it’s gonna go, but it’s starting here! and also like me constantly under development, so feel free to keep checking back 🙂

Just a guy who loves doing stuff, whatever it is, just like to be out doing stuff, particularly MTB, Rugby, Running, and chasing the kids 🙂
