Six Feet Under by name and nature! After first riding the new sections several times during the WGES back in May, I didn’t think much of it the next time I got back up there, foolish boy! After bombing along Graveyard section I approached the drop in to Six Feet Under, no bigee, but as I turned off and dropped in, the trail pixie snipers got me good! My front wheel inexplicably just flicked off to the left wedged against a tree that was on sentry duty, and I ended up almost vertical head first down the drop in, left leg jammed between top tube and bars, my bodyweight keeping it jammed tight by the wheel leveraged against the tree, in order to take the pressure off I needed to take the weight off, easier said than done, the dirt was so slippery and steep I couldn’t push myself up, just kept slipping in the dirt 😂, seemed like ages I was faffing in that dirt waiting to be discovered, eventually I got some purchase to take the weight off and free my leg, phew! No harm done though and I continued incident free,,, until next time! 👍😎👍
